ONBOARDING APP FOR  SALES PARTNERS

myRINGANA was initiated as a strategic product intervention to improve early-stage sales performance and reduce onboarding friction within the Fast Track Bonus Program. The objective was not only to digitize onboarding, but to redesign it as a measurable, behavior-driven growth system.

Business Context & Opportunity

The Fast Track Bonus Program represents a critical revenue acceleration tool during the first eight months of a Partner’s lifecycle. Qualitative research indicated drop-offs caused by information overload, unclear prioritization, and low visibility of progress.

Early onboarding exposed structural friction: high cognitive load, unclear milestone logic, and limited metric transparency. This reduced progress visibility and weakened motivation, as bonus mechanics felt abstract rather than clearly tied to tangible outcomes.

OVerview

I translated behavioral insights into a clear UX architecture, validated concepts through prototyping and iterative testing, and ensured a smooth developer handover through structured, implementation-ready specifications.

As UX and Product Designer, I led the initiative end-to-end—from product discovery and stakeholder alignment across business and development to defining the research strategy and conducting qualitative interviews.
